Looking for a new, exciting opportunity with a growing company?

We are a highly experienced group of technology experts that have been providing IT solutions and support to small and medium-sized businesses in the Portland Metro and surrounding areas for over 15 years. As a growing company we are currently seeking a Sales and Support Operations Assistant.

This position requires dedication, persistence, problem solving, follow-up, effective utilization of resources and unbeatable, personalized customer service.

Position Details:

Chief of Staff to organizational leadership
Answering and directing incoming calls
Handling administrative requests and queries
Planning, setting and attending key company meetings while taking detailed meeting minutes
Shipping and receiving of equipment and supplies as needed
Follow up on service requests and sales quotes

Requirements

Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistant or Office Admin Assistant
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular)
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary is a plus

Experience with CRM is a plus
