YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES


As part of our 2-year trainee program, you will go through all necessary departments at the headquarters and especially at our national and international locations.

The respective training periods will be developed according to requirements and will last for a period of one to three months.

You will get to know the following areas of training: production, technology, lean management (TPM), energy and environmental management, as well as the interfaces to the quality and development department.

You will be part of optimization, automation and digitalization projects and will learn about our process control system and the interconnected planning methods (CAD, BIM) and support their further development.


YOUR PROFILE
Completed training in a technical profession combined with further training as a master / technician (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) or completed studies in process, supply or electrical engineering, alternatively food technology or a comparable field of study
Analytical and interconnected thinking skills
