What to expect

  • Independent management of one of our challenging major projects within a construction management team, as well as coordination of the foremen and subcontractors deployed on the construction sites
  • In addition to ensuring quality assurance and documentation, you will be responsible for the timely and cost-effective execution of the subcontractors you coordinate
  • You will also participate in contract negotiations, planning meetings, etc.

Your experience

  • Successfully completed degree in civil engineering or architecture, or a comparable technical education, as well as relevant professional experience in a similar position
  • Experience in handling turnkey construction projects and good knowledge of the VOB
  • Your interpersonal skills and communication abilities enable you to have respectful exchanges with your colleagues and help you in successfully negotiating with subcontractors
  • Good organizational skills, independent work style, and high resilience
