  • For our HR team at our Hamburg location, we are looking for a Personaladministrator/ HR Specialist (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible

Your tasks:


  • You independently create employment contracts, works council hearings, contract changes, and references, and are responsible for the implementation of individual personnel measures such as hiring and termination
  • You are responsible for monitoring deadlines, such as probationary periods and fixedterm contracts, as well as for certification and create and maintain personnel statistics and lists
  • You work closely with the business partners within the HR team and support them in personnel management and management consulting
  • You independently handle projects, optimize HR processes, and drive digitalization forward

Your profile:


  • You have practical experience in HR, preferably in personnel administration/management
  • You have initial knowledge of labor law
