    Description

    Plant manager:
    We are a printing plant located in the Denver Metro area. We are seeking a print plant operations manager.
    Experience is a must in management and operations of a print plant.

    Roles & responsibilities:
    1) Manage a group of 13 employees both in operations and customer service.
    2) Have knowledge of print materials.
    3) Oversee quality control.
    4) Have knowledge

    in utilizing print technology estimating, production and managing electronic movement of orders through the plant.
    5) Good people skills and leadership capabilities.
    6) Ability to manage all departments within the print plant.
    7) Willingness to interact with customers visiting the plant.
    8) Articulate in verbal and written communication.
    9) Ability to manage stress appropriately.
    10) Interview prospective applicants as needed.
    11) Manage the work in progress meetings and manual board.
    12) Ability to manage the cash draw, and petty cash.
    13) Interact with multiple satellite locations.
    14) ability to process online order submissions.

    Experience in the print manufacturing business is a must.
