- Answer phones, take messages, provide approved information to guests according to policy.
- Set up, organize and store department claim files.
- Data-input Security Reports into claims management system.
- Investigate and adjust missing property, vehicle damage, property damage and bodily injury claims in accordance with departmental policies and procedures.
- Review and analyze video on a variety of platforms for occasional, extended periods.
- Prepare correspondence.
- Manage the maintenance of Certificates of Insurance program.
- Attend meetings as required.
- Promote positive customer relations.
- Participate in occasional Safety and Investigatory operations, as assigned.
- Other job-related duties as assigned.
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, administrative, multi-tasking, organization and prioritization skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written), fluent and articulate in English.
- Ability to work efficiently, independently and cohesively, consistently producing quality results.
- Proficient in the use a personal computer and associated software including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook as well as commonly used internet browsers.
- Knowledge of Salesforce claims management systems and iTrak Security Reporting software preferred.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Ability to understand and comply with all Company and departmental rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Ability to work efficiently, independently, cohesively while consistently producing quality results.
- Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with staff; excellent communication skills.
- Good organizational skills required; skill in preparing and maintaining records.
- Must be self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision while providing consistent quality.
- Must be able to manage and meet deadlines without supervision.
- Consistent and regular attendance is an essential requirement of this job.
- 3 years experience in claims handling, Security report writing and/or investigations
- Minimum age requirement is 21

Job DescriptionSUMMARY:
Responsible for review and support of claim-related investigations, support and execution of Corporate claims handling policy for property loss/damage and bodily injury claims and record-keeping for investigation and claims handling in Salesforce cloud-based database. Support Corporate Legal and Insurance Staff Attorneys as directed. Exercise diplomacy in dealing with the various attitudes of our customers during difficult situations. All duties are to be performed in accordance with Company policies, practices and procedures. This position must also exhibit a high level of professional and personalized guest service that embodies the Company's brand standard and core values (K.E.E.P. - Kindness, Engagement, Empathy and Positivity).
