- Oversee all financial transactions and processes related to grower accounts, covering invoicing, payments, and reconciliations.
- Build and nurture solid relationships with growers, offering financial guidance and support when required.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure accurate and timely recording of grower transactions in the accounting system.
- Analyze grower contracts, agreements, and pricing to guarantee compliance and precision in financial reporting.
- Prepare and deliver regular financial reports and analyses to management, spotlighting key insights and performance metrics linked to grower accounts.
- Work alongside the procurement team to project grower payments and expenses, in line with budgetary objectives.
- Set up and uphold internal controls to protect grower assets and minimize financial risks.
- Stay current on industry trends, regulations, and best practices concerning grower accounting and suggest process enhancements when necessary.
- Guide, mentor, and nurture a team of accounting professionals responsible for grower accounts, promoting a culture of accountability and continuous development.
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or CMA certification is a plus.
