Nalco Water, an Ecolab company, is seeking a
Technical Sales Representative (m/f/d) for our industry-leading sales team in Delft Colony, CA.

You will be responsible for driving revenue and profit growth with existing and new customers.


Using a consultative sales approach, you will build relationships with existing customers, and with strong account management, convert strategic competitor customers and sell new technologies to existing customers.

What to expect:

  • Develop and execute sales plans within existing customer base and assigned competitor accounts to achieve profit growth goals.
  • Work closely with current and potential customers to understand business needs and recommend continuous improvement and innovation plans to maintain and increase revenue.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders at current and potential customers, including operations management.
  • Provide technical support to customers; identify and solve customer challenges.
