- Enter customer orders and invoice shipped orders
- Manage incoming phone calls
- Communicate with warehouse on orders to be pulled or issues needing addressed
- Schedule freight and logistics for customer orders/shipments
- Track customer orders being shipped out
- Monitoring and reporting any low and outs
- Create and Receive purchase orders/special orders
- Organize and maintain files
- Forecast inventory needs to help build container orders from factory
- Track container orders from order point at factory to receiving in warehouse
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, exceeding customer expectations
- Effectively and promptly communicate with customers either by phone or electronically
- Listen to customers' needs and to help communicate options
- Must possess strong work ethic and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Excel
- Cabinet industry knowledge preferred, but not required
