- B.S. Degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum 3 years of experience.
- Open to a candidate with an Associate degree but would need to have at least 5 yrs. of experience.
- Proven manufacturing expertise in the areas of Mechanical Assembly, Weld, and Fabrication.
- Must be able to organize and manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Must be able to plan strategically and lead the execution of the strategy.
- Experience with Manufacturing ERP/MRP systems (Oracle a plus) and 3D CAD systems (Inventor a plus).
- Responsible for designing, creating, and continuously improving manufacturing processes with the operations group.
- Will also support the manufacturing operation with technical expertise and guidance regarding technology, processes, equipment, and continuous improvement.
