Description

Our client, with around 100 employees, builds and develops custom machines in the field of radiation technology.

Through their long-standing presence and established expertise, the company has been able to establish relationships with renowned corporate clients in the automotive, aerospace, mechanical engineering, and electrical engineering industries worldwide.

For their expansion at their location in West Munich, they are currently seeking a Design Engineer (m/f/d).

Your responsibilities:

Building CAD/CAM systems for custom machines in the field of radiation technology
Programming and optimizing CNC programs
Generating machines based on design data and optimizing them for simulations
Designing system components and prototypes in collaboration with the development department
Calculating and dimensioning assemblies
Collaborating with all internal departments, particularly with development, production, and commissioning

Your profile:

Completed degree in engineering with a focus on mechanical engineering or design technology, or a comparable education
Familiarity with 3D CAD systems
Knowledge of CNCbased manufacturing (CAM)
Commitment to problemsolving and implementing new ideas
Good English skills in both written and spoken form
Experience in mechanical and plant engineering is desirable
