Job summary
The Benefits Analyst II works under minimum supervision administering day-to-day operations of group benefit programs including health insurance retirement plans wellness programs and other perks.
Analyze benefits data to make recommendations for program improvements review comparison of the organization's benefits programs against industry standards to ensure competitiveness monitor cost-effectiveness of benefits programs ensuring they are competitive yet sustainable.
- Main contact with vendor relationships with benefits brokers
- Analyze employee feedback to make recommendations for program improvements
