Job summary

The Benefits Analyst is responsible for administering the employee benefits programs ensuring accurate enrollment compliance with regulations and providing support to employees regarding the company's benefits offerings. This role includes presenting at new employee orientation educating on the company's benefit offerings delivering open enrollment educational sessions increasing employee understanding and awareness of benefit and wellness offerings participating in the annual benefits renewal process evaluating brokers vendors carriers and plan design assisting with developing ongoing communication outreach to increase awareness of the company's benefits offerings serving as a liaison between employees third-party vendors/carriers.

  • Administers day-to-day activities such as enrollment eligibility verification processing employee changes terminations
  • Serves as a primary point of contact for employees benefiting inquiries ensuring timely resolution
  • Presents at new employee orientation educating on the companys benefit offering May also deliver open enrollment education sessions etc.
