Job summary
Administers and coordinates the employee benefits programs including health dental vision life disability retirement wellness leave programs ensuring accurate enrollment compliance with regulations and providing support to employees regarding the company s benefits offerings.
Responsibilities
- Administers day-to-day activities such as enrollment eligibility verification processing employee changes terminations serves at primary point of contact for employees regarding benefit inquiries ensuring timely resolution presents new employee orientation educating on company benefit offerings participates in annual benefits renewal process evaluating brokers vendors carriers plan design assists developing administering ongoing communication outreach increasing awareness understanding company benefit offerings serves primary contact for benefit vendors managing relationships resolving issues monitoring vendor performance partners leave administration vendor ensure leaders employees stakeholders comply federal state local regulations assists annual filing responsibilities ensuring regulatory requirements preparing filing Form 5500s ACA filings Summary Annual Reports 401k audit creates department standard operating procedures SOPs related tools resources supporting daily administration employee benefits programs supports HR team special projects initiatives needed performs duties assigned apparent supervises no direct reports.
