Our client operates several service centers in the northern region of Germany. For cross-location workforce management, we are looking for an experienced individual (m/f/d) with relevant experience in this field.Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing operational employees (m/f/d) at various locations
- Monitoring forecast data and resulting staffing needs
- Analyzing key performance indicators and identifying areas for improvement
- Continuously improving existing processes
These qualities will make you a strong candidate:
- Professional experience in workforce management or personnel scheduling in a call center
- Previous leadership experience
- Strong organizational skills and a handson mentality
- Excellent MS Office skills
- Analytical mindset
