Our client operates several service centers in the northern region of Germany. For cross-location workforce management, we are looking for an experienced individual (m/f/d) with relevant experience in this field.


Your responsibilities will include:


  • Managing operational employees (m/f/d) at various locations
  • Monitoring forecast data and resulting staffing needs
  • Analyzing key performance indicators and identifying areas for improvement
  • Continuously improving existing processes

These qualities will make you a strong candidate:

  • Professional experience in workforce management or personnel scheduling in a call center
  • Previous leadership experience
  • Strong organizational skills and a handson mentality
  • Excellent MS Office skills
  • Analytical mindset
