To strengthen our team at our headquarters in Hamburg, we are currently looking for a Project Management Officer (m/f/d) for our Project and Change Management department.


Responsibilities:


  • You define and monitor our project standards and continuously develop them together with stakeholders
  • You oversee project and portfoliorelated risk management and report findings to management
  • You support projects with project methodologies (IPMA, PMI, SAFe, Scrum, etc.) and the use of project management tools such as Jira and Confluence
  • You support and coach project managers in project organization, reporting, and controlling
  • You maintain and review documentation and process guidelines (templates, document storage, workflows) for project or program documentation
  • You ensure appropriate project documentation and provide advice on creating project charters or status reports, as well as evaluating risks and dependencies
  • You conduct training and communication measures for new project members and onboarding
  • You support the community of project managers and stakeholders
  • You assist in building and maintaining resource
