- general office operations and physical space oversight
- inventory, supplies, and filing;

- sharing regular updates/reports with the Leadership Team via the Director of Operations/Integrator;
- appointment/calendar maintenance
- maintaining practice room schedule across both locations;
- coordinating scheduling and calendar maintenance for Leadership Team;

- oversees staff interactions and queries
- monitors office management & designs innovative systems
- devising and/or maintaining office systems, including data upkeep, spreadsheet maintenance and filing
- accounts payable
- admin support for Leadership Team, departmental meetings, and committees
- IT & HIPAA
- coordinates travel arrangements as necessary
- manage sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality and discretion
- regular attendance of weekly Operations Team meetings and quarterly All-Staff meetings, as well as regular meetings with Director of Operations and/or Integrator.
- be responsive to emails/texts/phone calls from the Director of Operations/Integrator, including (minimal) contact outside normal business hours

Position Summary
The Office Manager's main responsibility is to ensure things run smoothly and efficiently around the office. This entails physical space oversight, data upkeep and spreadsheet maintenance, practice calendar maintenance (schedule & events), and logistics (mail, errands, etc.) This is a position with the opportunity to expand as the needs of the practice grow.
Duties and Responsibilities
The sole purpose of the Office Manager is to ensure the functionality and maintenance of the office. This entails, but is not limited to, the following:
This Office Manager position requires a personal computer and proficiency in Google Drive (spreadsheets, etc.). This position would primarily operate out of the Columbia location, but would need to be in Jefferson City at least once per week, and does require regular and reliable transportation. This position also requires fluency in nuances of grammar, technology, and social/emotional intelligence:
This is a W2, full-time, 32-hour per week position; ideally the schedule would be Monday-Friday, with at least three days being in Columbia, one day in Jefferson City, and one day remote. Payment is rendered bi-weekly. The Office Manager wage starts between $19-21/hour. The first 90 days are considered a trial period.
The Counseling Hub offers ACA-compliant optional healthcare and healthcare sharing, retirement upon eligibility, short-term disability, and paid funeral leave. The majority of benefits are accessible once the trial period ends.
