Administrative Assistant for Construction Damage Management (m/f/d) Full-time/Part-time
The

To expand our teams, we are looking for dedicated and highly motivated
Administrative Assistants for Construction Damage Management (m/f/d) in Würzburg,
(with the option of working from home).

Responsibilities include:

Responsibility for creating concepts and processes for handling and regulating construction damages in subprojects
Optimization of subproject specific processes for construction damage regulation
Ensuring a uniform approach to individual construction damage regulation for landowners and managers, and for all sections of the route
Conducting negotiation talks with landowners/managers as an escalation point for amicable agreements on recording and regulating construction damages
Creating sample documents for construction damage regulation
Monitoring necessary data and reviewing timelines and budgets

Your profile:

You have successfully completed vocational training or a degree
You have relevant work experience, ideally in construction execution, and have knowledge of agricultural funding regulations
You are proficient in MS Office, and
