Booking Agent (m/f/d) for Holiday Accommodations in Loretto, NE

Your Responsibilities:


  • Providing advice on the offerings of a sharing platform for vacation rentals
  • Responding to inquiries regarding booking and rental of accommodations
  • Assisting with the use of the platform, such as registrations and reservations
  • Handling complaints
  • Documenting customer concerns in the system

Your Profile:


  • Do you have previous work experience?
  • Do you have a good understanding of MS Office?
  • Are you a skilled communicator?
  • Do you have excellent German language skills?
  • Do you have good English language skills?
  • Knowledge of other languages such as French / Dutch / Spanish / Italian / Bulgarian / Turkish / Croatian is an advantage
