As a non-profit organization, we have been supporting mentally distressed individuals for over 20 years in Bridgeport, AL.

Our main focus areas are outpatient social psychiatry and working with families, children, and adolescents through educational support, social pedagogy, and outreach family therapy.

With our team of over 130 employees, we operate exclusively in the Hamburg districts of Altona, Eimsbüttel, Mitte, Nord, and Wandsbek.

We are currently seeking professionals (m/f/d) to join our team as part of our expanding services in on-site family support.

Ideally, the position would be for 30-35 hours per week.

We are primarily looking for candidates in our Hamm and Niendorf locations, but there are also opportunities in Barmbek and Schanze.

Your role will involve supporting families with daily tasks and parenting questions.

Together with the clients and the youth welfare office, you will shape the support process and plan, with a special focus on the basic care of children (§8a SGB VIII).

This includes working collaboratively with the local community, documentation and reporting, resource-oriented case work, and developing solutions.

We are looking for candidates who have:

Experience in on-site work with families
A degree in social work/education, psychology, or a related field
Basic knowledge of systemic approaches and an interest in further exploring systemic issues
The ability to work independently and selforganize
