We are a real estate and home building company located in the southern part of Leipzig in Böhlen, just 15 minutes from Leipzig.

We specialize in the construction of single-family, duplex, and multi-family homes.

All of our SchlösserHäuser homes are built with the highest quality in traditional craftsmanship. We incorporate modern technologies and consider ecological aspects in our construction process. Inside, our homes are designed for functionality and efficient use of space.

We offer custom planning services as well as pre-designed SchlösserHaus models.

To strengthen our team, we are currently seeking a full-time:


Architect/Building Draftsperson/Construction Planner (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:

  • Planning of singlefamily homes
  • Creating drawings (3D program)
  • Preparing building applications and thermal insulation proofs
  • Conducting planning meetings with clients

Your profile:

  • Completed degree or vocational training
  • Fluent in German (written and spoken)
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Uptodate qualifications and practical skills
  • Ability to make decisions and take responsibility
