ASSISTANT GENERAL COUNSEL - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
JOIN A DYNAMIC AND COLLABORATIVE GLOBAL IP TEAM
- Operate in an innovative, fastpaced and collaborative organization.
- Partner with R&D scientists and business leaders to advance our winning strategy by creating and protecting sustainable materials and solutions.
- Help guide regular portfolio reviews and evaluation.
- Offer regular IP trainings and presentations.
- Negotiate intellectual property agreements with joint development partners, major research centers, customers, and suppliers.
- Maintain close global coordination.
- Grow our portfolio and expand your experience.
QUALIFICATIONS
- B.S. in chemical discipline
- Juris Doctorate
- Admitted to practice law in PA, and registered to practice before the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office
- Minimum 10 years of experience in intellectual property law (patents, trademarks and trade secrets)
- Both law firm and inhouse experience preferred
