Key Activities

Support the design and the consolidation of the core model processes & Americas adherence (30%)

  • Analyze the recurrent issues involving Supply Chain F&P domain, identify the root causes and prepare, when necessary, the documentation for validation in Arbitration Committee
  • Propose and implement streamlined solutions (both system and process)
  • Coordinate the training material, organize training and associated user documentation
  • Animate the network of Key Users, display continuous improvement and best practices, in close contact with the global BPO of the domain
  • Ensure Adoption of Supply Chain core model through effective change management strategies
  • Execute deployment activities as Supply Chain F&P BPO in all phases of Horizon & Ambition deployments in the AMAS region.
  • Support the SAP roadmap as required.

Drive the maturity and the performance enhancements for their domain (30%)

  • Manage, for the F&P domain, the maturity assessments sessions, drive then validate with the plants improvement the associated action plans.
  • Monitor regularly with the Key Users and managers the progress of the improvement actions
  • Keep aware of benchmarking feedbacks, possible disrupting tools or technologies, impacts of the digital initiative

Implement KPI's and performance measurement (30%)

  • Define and display to the Supply Chain F&P managers and BU's a set of performance and process KPI's
  • Drive the associated management / rituals of Supply Chain
  • Support the implementation of appropriated reports and dashboards to the Supply Chain managers; specifically forecast accuracy, production schedule adherence and inventory management.

Support growth (10%)

  • Bring the Supply Chain F&P expertise in the central and BU specific projects impacting their area's activities (i.e. Mercury) and support Arkema's M&A activities via associated integration (people, process, and technology).

Context and Environment

  • The BPO Manager role is part of the Supply Chain Business Process Optimization team providing expertise in their respective domain aiming at optimizing the regional Supply Chain processes, organization and performances.
  • The F&P Process Owner will work regionally with their network of teams and BU key users, in close collaboration with solution expert counterparts (iTeam), global counter part, and deployment team. They will also insure the bridge with the other areas through close communication with the Global Process Owner for Supply Chain
  • Americas region (Canada, US, MX, Brazil and Southern Cone)

Accountabilities

  • Process expertise within the Forecast and Planning domain
  • Maturity enhancement of the domain in their region
  • Reliability and simplification of the processes
  • Appropriate reporting displayed and efficient monitoring in place

Qualifications/Experience Required

  • Advanced degree in business, supply chain, marketing or technical discipline, or equivalent
  • Green Belt/Six Sigma certification preferred
  • APICS and CSCP certification a plus
  • 710 years experience in business operations, process optimization, supply chain, audit or related role
  • Proven management experience and ability to work and influence within a global matrix organization
  • Experience with international processes/projects required
  • Advanced understanding of business operations & process optimization
  • Working knowledge of SAP master data, governance and processes
  • Excellent leadership, communication and influencing skills
  • Experience in project/change management and organizational design
  • Ability to prioritize, consolidate inputs, formalize processes, and drive alignment and optimization
  • Demonstrated ability to interface with all levels within the organization
  • Results oriented with high sense of urgency and followthrough
  • Ability to manipulate data along with strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Ability to navigate and manage a fast pace, dynamic environment.
