Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Lateral IP Partner at Windsor Consultants, clients. located in the Washington DC Area.
The Lateral IP Partner will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to IP law, including patent prosecution, trademark matters, client counseling, and portfolio management.
The partner will also be involved in business development and client relationship management.Qualifications
Expertise in patent prosecution, trademark matters, and IP law
Proven track record of building and managing a client portfolio
Strong business development and networking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively and independently
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
Active membership in the bar and in good standing
Experience in the Washington DC-Baltimore Area is a plus
Relevant technical background or advanced degrees in science or engineering is beneficial
