- Assist in the development and execution of strategic initiatives through financial analysis.
- Collaborate with leadership to align financial plans with overall business goals.
- Analyze revenue streams, pricing structures, and sales performance.
- Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and business planning.
- Prepare financial forecasts, budgets, and variance analysis reports.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to management.
- Develop financial models to evaluate return on investment and payback periods.
- Analyze cost components, including direct and indirect costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan for various business scenarios.
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve financial performance.
- Identify key drivers of variances and collaborate with relevant teams to address issues.
- Support month-end and year-end close processes, including accruals and reconciliations.
- Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and support special projects as requested.
- Ensure budget submissions align with strategic objectives and financial targets.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Advanced degree (MBA, Master's) is a plus.
- At least 1 year of progressive experience in financial analysis, preferably in FP&A roles
- Proven track record of successful financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling tools and analysis software
- Advanced Excel skills
- Familiarity with ERP systems and other financial planning tools
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills with a keen attention to detail
- Ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for presenting complex financial information
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and provide innovative solutions.
