- Partner with cross-functional teams to develop annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare insightful reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key findings and actionable recommendations.
- Assist in the development of KPIs and performance metrics to track and measure business performance.
- Conduct ad hoc financial analysis to support strategic initiatives and decision-making.
- Collaborate with accounting to ensure accurate financial reporting and variance analysis.
- Participate in the creation of business cases for new projects and investments.
- Assist in the development of long-range financial plans and scenarios.
- Monitor industry and market trends to provide valuable insights for forecasting and planning.
- Support the preparation of materials for investor relations and board meetings.
- Performs other duties as assigned at the discretion of management.
- Minimum of 5+ years' experience in corporate financial analysis, FP&A, or related finance role
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft applications and related software, specifically Excel and financial planning software.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Ability to communicate complex financial information in a clear and concise manner to leadership.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong ethics and ability to handle sensitive financial information confidentially.
- CPA, CMA, or CFA designation is a plus.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time.
