    About the Role

    The FP&A Analyst will play a crucial role in analyzing financial performance, supporting strategic planning, and providing valuable insights to guide executive decisions. They will be expected to report to the FP&A Manager while collaborating closely with various departments to enhance financial forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes.

    Duties/Responsibilities

    • Partner with cross-functional teams to develop annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
    • Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
    • Prepare insightful reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key findings and actionable recommendations.
    • Assist in the development of KPIs and performance metrics to track and measure business performance.
    • Conduct ad hoc financial analysis to support strategic initiatives and decision-making.
    • Collaborate with accounting to ensure accurate financial reporting and variance analysis.
    • Participate in the creation of business cases for new projects and investments.
    • Assist in the development of long-range financial plans and scenarios.
    • Monitor industry and market trends to provide valuable insights for forecasting and planning.
    • Support the preparation of materials for investor relations and board meetings.
    • Performs other duties as assigned at the discretion of management.

    Required Qualifications

    • Minimum of 5+ years' experience in corporate financial analysis, FP&A, or related finance role
    • Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting
    • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft applications and related software, specifically Excel and financial planning software.
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
    • Ability to communicate complex financial information in a clear and concise manner to leadership.
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
    • Strong ethics and ability to handle sensitive financial information confidentially.
    • CPA, CMA, or CFA designation is a plus.

    Physical Requirements:

    • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
    • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time.
