    About the Role

    The FP&A Analyst will play a crucial role in analyzing financial performance, supporting strategic planning, and providing valuable insights to guide executive decisions.

    They will be expected to report to the FP&A Manager while collaborating closely with various departments to enhance financial forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes.

    Duties/Responsibilities
    Partner with cross-functional teams to develop annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
    Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
    Prepare insightful reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key findings and actionable recommendations.
    Assist in the development of KPIs and performance metrics to track and measure business performance.
    Conduct ad hoc financial analysis to support strategic initiatives and decision-making.
    Collaborate with accounting to ensure accurate financial reporting and variance analysis.
    Participate in the creation of business cases for new projects and investments.
    Assist in the development of long-range financial plans and scenarios.
    Monitor industry and market trends to provide valuable insights for forecasting and planning.
    Support the preparation of materials for investor relations and board meetings.
    Performs other duties as assigned at the discretion of management.

    Required Qualifications
    Minimum of 5+ years' experience in corporate financial analysis, FP&A, or related finance role
    Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting
    Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business
    Advanced proficiency in Microsoft applications and related software, specifically Excel and financial planning software.
    Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
    Ability to communicate complex financial information in a clear and concise manner to leadership.
    Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
    Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
    Strong ethics and ability to handle sensitive financial information confidentially.
    CPA, CMA, or CFA designation is a plus.


    Physical Requirements:
    Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
    Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time.
