- Assist attorneys in the preparation of legal documents related to family law cases, including divorce, child custody, and support proceedings.
- Manage case files and maintain continuous client communication to ensure all parties are informed of case progress.
- Conduct legal research and compile data from various sources.
- Prepare and file all court documents, and coordinate with judicial offices as required.
- Support attorneys in court and other legal proceedings.
- Proven experience as a paralegal in family law.
- Strong understanding of family law procedures and excellent legal research skills.
- Proficient in legal software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Paralegal certification is preferred.
