    We are seeking an experienced paralegal for a hybrid position that pays up to $80K, DOE, with excellent benefits. You must have litigation and trial prep experience.

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct legal research and analysis on various issues
    • Draft legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and briefs
    • Assist with case management and preparation for hearings and trials
    • Possibly attend trials.
    • Work with Lexis-Nexis, WestLaw, and other case mapping software.
    • Negotiate settlements and participate in mediation or arbitration proceedings

    ​​Qualifications:

    • Strong knowledge of legal principles and procedures
    • Ability to write clear and concise legal documents
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
    • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
