    Description

    The Mosaic Company is a rapidly expanding mid-sized organization based in Hialeah, Florida. We are currently seeking a Senior Director of Warehouse Operations to oversee the strategic management of our distribution center network spanning over 600,000 square feet, including 3 primary warehouses and 10 branch locations.     Role Overview:

    • Supervise inbound and outbound shipments using Daily Management Systems
    • Support warehouse staff and address any concerns on the work floor
    • Ensure products are delivered and stored in optimal condition for quality maintenance
    • Develop efficient storage plans for goods retrieval, focusing on velocity slotting principles
    • Establish goals for employees and oversee order processing for timely product delivery
    • Collaborate with logistics and other departments to resolve operational issues
    • Maintain inventory accuracy in adherence to financial regulations
    • Manage slow-moving inventory in coordination with sales teams
    • Enforce health and safety regulations for workers
    • Implement and support ERP systems to enhance sales and warehouse operations
    • Act as a point of contact for warehouse functions and training
    • Maintain documentation of procedures and processes
