- Inventory : Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records, tracking the movement of telecommunication and networking equipment.
- Stock Optimization: Maintain effective inventory control practices to ensure optimal stock levels, minimize discrepancies, and support timely order fulfillment.
- Receiving and Inspection: Inspecting incoming products for quality and accuracy, and updating inventory accordingly.
- Order Fulfillment: Work together with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure accurate picking, packing, and shipping of orders.
- Cycle Counts and Audits: Conduct regular cycle counts and audits to verify inventory accuracy and address any discrepancies promptly.
- Documentation: Maintain organized and detailed documentation related to inventory transactions, adjustments, and reports.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to operate general office equipment, such as computers, 10-key calculator, scanners and copier.
- Basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as recordkeeping
- Ability to work independently.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment with associates.
- Ability to compile information and make decisions.
- Previous inventory experience preferred
