MERCHANDISE MANAGER JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a shipping wizard who has experience with fulfilling orders in a warehouse.

Must be extremely organized & detail oriented, control shipping quality (incoming and outgoing), maintain an accurate inventory, collaborate with others, and be a great team player.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensuring operational efficiency within our warehouse
• Fulfill event shipments and customer orders
• Consistently managing inventory levels, ensuring accuracy and accounting for shrinkage

REQUIREMENTS

• 12 years in retail or a warehouse
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Understands Inventory Control and takes proactive measures to protect company assets
• Manage and improve processes

Warehouse Standards

• Warehouse is clean, neat, organized with a layout that is logical, setup per sales performance and inventory ownership
• Hang tags, polybags, barcodes, etc are accurate per guidelines, readable and displayed neatly
• Insuring an organized and timely flow of merchandise from the warehouse to events and the customer
• Minimize returns with focus on customer dispute resolution
