- Develop training schedules for management, staff and volunteers.
- Develop and deliver new hire orientation program.
- Present periodic training sessions on member services, sales, safety, procedures and the computer system.
- Observe training procedures, keep record of them, and make an analysis on any improvements needed.
- Ensure all training procedures are up to date.
- High school graduate/GED equivalent with 3 years of previous experience.
- Business school graduate of an accredited community college with 2 years of previous training experience.
- Ability to stay organized and detail oriented.
- Ability to multi-task.
