We are looking for an experienced and motivated construction draftsman (m/f/d) in full-time or part-time, who specializes in structural planning and special foundation construction.

In this key position, you will lay the foundation for the implementation of demanding construction projects.

Your skills and expertise are of invaluable value to us in realizing our vision for projects in the field of structural planning and special foundation construction.

The position is to be filled immediately with our client as part of direct placement.

With more than 25 years of company history, our client operates in the telecommunications market. The goal is to further expand their own network and actively shape the future of telecommunications (broadband communication). The product portfolio includes both the construction of their own network structure as well as sales and marketing.


Tasks:

  • Planning of insitu concrete and steel structures in civil and special foundation construction
  • Creation and updating of 3D building models in coordination with involved disciplines
  • Preparation of formwork and reinforcement plans
  • Quantity surveys
  • Development of individual solution concepts from basic evaluation to execution
  • Technical support during execution

Qualifications:

  • Completed training as a construction draftsman, specializing in structural engineering, or further education as a statecertified construction technician
  • Several years of experience in planning and implementing construction projects
  • Commitment and teamwork
  • Knowledge of relevant CAD programs (preferably ACAD or Revit)
  • Good German language skills in spoken and written form
