- Assist in preparation, coordination and scheduling of interviews for entry level associates, summer associates, and lateral attorneys
- Assist recruitment staff with planning Summer Associate Program, including update and distribution of materials, assigning work assignments, assembling mid-summer and end-of-summer evaluations, and preparation of social events.
- Assist with on-campus recruiting, including on-campus registration, preparation of on-campus materials for law school recruiting events, preparing and distributing initial interview and callback interview schedules, and collecting evaluations.
- Maintain applicant-tracking system for all candidates, including initial input and update of resumes.
- Draft correspondence and response letters for Attorney Recruiting Coordinator or Hiring Partner.
- Process expense reimbursements and invoices for all recruiting needs.
- Assist with general administration duties.
- Special projects and additional duties as assigned.
- 1-2 years' experience in similar or corporate environment.
- Microsoft Office skills.
- Knowledge of database management software.
- Strong verbal, organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Confidentiality, diplomacy and responsiveness.
- Bachelor's degree
