    Description:

    Assist the Attorney Recruiting Manager and other team members of the recruitment staff with the attorney recruitment efforts for the firm.

    Key Responsibilities Include:

    • Assist in preparation, coordination and scheduling of interviews for entry level associates, summer associates, and lateral attorneys
    • Assist recruitment staff with planning Summer Associate Program, including update and distribution of materials, assigning work assignments, assembling mid-summer and end-of-summer evaluations, and preparation of social events.
    • Assist with on-campus recruiting, including on-campus registration, preparation of on-campus materials for law school recruiting events, preparing and distributing initial interview and callback interview schedules, and collecting evaluations.
    • Maintain applicant-tracking system for all candidates, including initial input and update of resumes.
    • Draft correspondence and response letters for Attorney Recruiting Coordinator or Hiring Partner.
    • Process expense reimbursements and invoices for all recruiting needs.
    • Assist with general administration duties.
    • Special projects and additional duties as assigned.
    Qualifications:
    • 1-2 years' experience in similar or corporate environment.
    • Microsoft Office skills.
    • Knowledge of database management software.
    • Strong verbal, organizational and interpersonal skills.
    • Confidentiality, diplomacy and responsiveness.
    Minimum Education:
    • Bachelor's degree
    In accordance with the New York State Pay Transparency Law and New York City Human Rights Law, the pay range for this position in New York State is $ $40.60/hr and in New York City is $27 - $40.60/hr. These ranges are specific to these locations and may not be applicable to other locations. An individual's actual compensation will depend on the individual's qualifications and experience.
