Job Description

Provide recruiting support to the HR department
Coordinate, conduct and assist with screening/interviews
Assist with the employment and onboarding processes, including background checks, offer letters and such for custodial technician positions
Act as a liaison between the hiring managers and candidates to complete onboarding process
Review applications for quality and scheduling purposes
Maintain and update applicant tracking system
Handle incoming phone calls and emails
Ensure smooth flow of information between employees and Human Resources
Enter employee data into applicant tracking system
Repost Custodial Technician Job Ads on a monthly basis
Troubleshoot system issues accordingly

OTHER JOB DUTIES

All other tasks as assigned by management.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Bi-lingual (English-Spanish), is a must.
This is an in-office position located in Amityville, Long Island
