About the Job:


Responsibilities:


  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with all customers to become a trusted advisor
  • Execute the new customer 1st year nurture outward bound support program to ensure customers maximize their 1st year sales
  • Deliver the existing customer service plan to ensure customer and Calico revenue growth
  • Persuasive communication of Calico retail best practices (Calico Critical Success Factors CSF's) so that customers adopt, implement and continue to embrace throughout their lifetime
  • Complete the feedback loop and ensure all customer nonconformances (including equipment) and complaints are closed
  • Contact customers after field team visits to offer support, complete follow up actions and close the feedback loop
  • Continuously research industry trends and solicit customer feedback and share insights with the leadership team
  • Manage the new owner of existing process and the reactivation process
  • Ensure that all interactions and data are recorded in CRM
  • Travel within a territory to work one on one with customers to help grow their business, share insights and learn from customer interactions
  • Review customer performance and identify opportunities for growth
  • Work with customers to resolve all equipment issues
  • Assist outside field team on customer requests

Qualifications:


  • High School Diploma required
  • Experience working with a service focused organization
  • Record of success exceeding objectives
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to go the extra mile
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines
