Our client, a top national broker, is actively seeking a strong Sr. Benefits Account Manager to coordinate and manage client activities at a senior level for a group of prestigious clients.
Responsibilities will include assisting Producers with new business and developing some on your own, conducting presentations, handling renewals, relationships with carriers, upselling/cross-selling.
We are looking for 8+ years in group benefits, preferably from another brokerage/consulting firm. Must have a strong understanding of financials, communications, organizational skills, flexibility, and high level of intellectual curiosity and professionalism. Licensed in Life and Health.
