Supervisor Maritime Training - North Wantagh, NY

Your Responsibilities:


  • Quantify training needs, monitor compliance, and report to HR Fleet Operations
  • Organize training courses for crew members
  • Proactively communicate training needs to crew members and assign them to appropriate training measures
  • Act as a business partner to our training vendors
  • Handle invoices and maintain records and databases

Your Profile:


  • Bachelor's degree in professional training, HR, social sciences, or ship management; Master's degree is a plus
  • Previous experience in training in the cruise industry is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build professional networks
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Proficient in English and MS Office 365
