As a working student:

in our sales department, you will be in close contact with our customers and prospects in the B2B sector in Mulberry, SC.

Your main responsibility will be to help businesses find and set up the best possible telecommunications solution for their needs.

In this diverse position, you will be able to understand and communicate both the business and technical aspects of our products.


Responsibilities:

  • Handling incoming inquiries from first level business customers via phone and email (technical and commercial inquiries)
  • Maintaining the existing customer base
  • Creating quotes and transferring/ maintaining data in an existing CRM system
  • Implementing project requests and providing complete followup support

Qualifications:

  • Studying business engineering, computer science, or business administration
  • Knowledge and experience in sales is an advantage
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and good English skills
  • Organized, reliable, and detailoriented
