The
Mobilitätswerk GmbH designs concepts for a
more environmentally friendly, sustainable transportation of the future and supports in their implementation.

We assist municipalities, districts, and companies, actively involving citizens and mobility actors in the process.

We are looking for a creative, interdisciplinary, and self-responsible team member for the position of:

Trainee (m/f/d) for consulting/development of mobility concepts (40 hours/week)
At our company, you will have the opportunity to shape exciting future mobility projects.

You will provide high-quality support and we will train you over a period of 18 months to independently lead projects.

We are looking for support in several project areas such as
electric mobility & charging infrastructure,
corporate mobility management & fleet, and
local mobility & traffic development planning.

Depending on your interests and qualifications, you will be assigned to a specific area or rotate after 3-6 months.

Have you recently completed a degree program with a focus on transportation science, business, geography, communication, or another related field? Are you quick to grasp new concepts and highly motivated? Then you are the perfect fit for us

Your responsibilities:

Advising municipalities and districts on strategy development and conception of mobility services
Collaboration with administrations gaining insight into their work/political decisionmaking processes
Conducting research and data analysis for the development of mobility concepts
Preparing results in presentations and written reports
Conducting stake
