Responsibilities:

Ensure the quality of care in the operating room department at Orchidlands Estates, HI
Manage and develop the staff
Actively and strategically manage processes and key performance indicators in the operating room area
Implement innovative and patientoriented work processes
Oversee overall operating room organization and resource planning
Take responsibility for the development and maintenance of consistent work and quality standards
Coordinate as shift leader

Profile:

Completed training in healthcare, nursing, or operating room assistance
Completed degree in management or specialized training in leading a healthcare or social services facility
Preferably have knowledge in cardiothoracic surgery
Several years of professional and leadership experience in a large hospital or tertiary care center
Indepth knowledge of relevant laws and regulations in the healthcare industry
Enthusiasm for process improvement, current developments in patient care, and leading a team
Strong communication skills and a teamoriented personality
Ability to handle high levels of stress and a solutionoriented approach
Fluent in German, both written and spoken
