    Analyst Employee Benefits

    Functie

    U fungeert als centraal aanspreekpunt voor vragen van zowel de klanten, als de Employee Benefits Consultants en account managers op verzekeringstechnisch, administratief en boekhoudkundig vlak (bijv. verzekeringscontracten en bijvoegsels opmaken, hernieuwingen en wijzigingen opvolgen, ).

    U verzorgt het dagelijks technische beheer analyse, ontwikkeling, aanpassing van een portefeuille groepsverzekeringen, hospitalisatieverzekeringen en aanverwante programmas bij onze klanten.

    In nauwe samenwerking met de Employee Benefits Consultants, inventariseert en beoordeelt u de behoeften van de klant, de bestaande contracten en technische rapporten. U vraagt offertes van verzekeraars op, vergelijkt en beoordeelt deze. U geeft gedetailleerde instructies aan de gekozen verzekeraar met betrekking tot de te verzekeren dekkingen en u verfijnt de polisvoorwaarden.

    Profiel

    U heeft een Bachelor diploma in de Verzekeringen
    U spreekt vlot Nederlands en heeft een goede beheersing van het Engels.
    U hebt 3-5 jaar ervaring in het domein van employee benefits
    U houdt van analyse en cijferwerk
    U kunt op een duidelijke en gestructureerde manier communiceren, alsook vlot telefoongesprekken voeren
    U bent een service minded teamplayer en beschikt over vlotte sociale vaardigheden.
