Entry Level Account Manager Duties:

Drive client engagement by conveying product features, advantages, and benefits in a clear and compelling manner
Execute sales by meeting oneonone with prospective customers
Utilize a generated lead list to make contact and qualify customers
Build lasting relationships with clients by diving into their needs, engaging in a friendly but professional manner, and resolving any concerns in a timely manner
Foster a collaborative and supportive environment for all team members
Develop a deep understanding of the company's product offerings, staying uptodate on industry trends and market dynamics to provide informed recommendations to customers
Participate in regular training sessions and workshops to enhance knowledge and skills in the areas of sales, customer service, and business development
Comply with all company policies and procedures while interacting with customers and closing sales

Preferred Entry Level Account Manager Qualifications:

Prior experience in Leadership, Management, Account Management, Business Development, Sales or related fields is preferred
A determined and resilient attitude, capable of handling rejection, setbacks, and challenges while maintaining a positive attitude
A desire to grow and advance quickly from an entry level position
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable transportation and the ability to commute to our Worcester office

$ $1,200.00 per week
