Position Overview:


Customer Account Representative
Responsibilities:


  • Execute marketing and sales campaigns and engage with customers in a given territory to drive brand visibility for our clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Conduct product presentations to educate customers on the products and services offered by our clients
  • Oversee customer accounts and discreetly handle confidential information
  • Collaborate with other Customer Account Representatives to track campaign data and achieve sales targets
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process, ensuring client satisfaction and retention
  • Cultivate a collaborative and supportive work environment by providing mentorship, guidance, and constructive feedback to fellow Customer Account Representatives

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Ability to think creatively and contribute new ideas to the marketing and sales team
  • Excited to interact with clients, customers, and team members
  • Comfortable overturning objections and negotiating sales contracts
  • Previous experience in customer service, account management, or sales is a huge plus
  • High school diploma or GED is required

Pay:
$48, $58,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
