Oracle's Customer Success Services organization is seeking a growth-minded UX Content Writer/Producer to join the Cloud Success Navigator team.

In this role, you will partner with a team of strategists, subject matter authorities, product managers, and software developers to create content that guides Oracle customers and partners in cloud technology management models, processes, and standard methodologies.

You will deliver this content through web content, job aids, and other material that you will launch, refresh, and uplevel over time.

Your work will have wide reach, and benefit both internal audiences (e.g., Oracle Consulting Services) as well as external (e.g., Oracle partners and customers).

In creating content that shapes the Cloud Success Navigator user experience, you will play an instrumental role in building the platform brand, driving awareness and adoption, and increasing customer success with Oracle Cloud products.

The ideal candidate is first and foremost an exceptional writer and self-learner who has strong personal momentum and editorial judgment.

You also provide expertise in working with a range of multimedia formats that strengthen your ability to design and deliver engaging web-based content packages.

Responsibilities Key Job Responsibilities:
+ Define and create content to be featured as part of the Oracle Cloud Success Navigator content catalog to benefit internal and external audiences + Produce web content, job aids, and user-facing material to outline cloud technology management models, processes, and standard methodologies + Learn new concepts and topics quickly in order to be able to speak to them in the produced content + Regularly collaborate with internal subject matter authorities to gain deep expertise and guidance as needed + Program-manage own work and create mechanisms to balance multiple priorities simultaneously

Job Requirements:
Duties and tasks are multifaceted and sophisticated applying independent judgment. Fully competent in own area of expertise. May have project lead role and or supervise lower level personnel. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area.

4 years of technical writing, multimedia instructional design, or related experience Preferred Qualifications:
+ Experience in an editorial role in big tech B2B training or enablement setting + Ability to master complex concepts quickly and independently + Exceptional written and verbal communication skills + Editorial background with consistent track record of building effective content that drives action + Experience developing or editing multimedia assets + Strong eye for business and tenacity; ability to work autonomously through ambiguity and complexity in a fast-moving environment to get results + Ability to work effectively with a wide range of collaborators to influence and get consensus + Experience working in a highly matrixed organization + Experience developing content with a content management system. Responsible for the development of digital content on web and technical decisions for assigned programs. Writes summaries, blogs and abstracts of policy materials for social media, email, web and other digital channels. Research and implement standard processes standard methodologies for planning, writing, and disseminating digital content; and for engaging audiences online. Create digital content including blogs, galleries, briefs, infographics and articles for Oracle's products and services online and print publication. Posts digital content on web and engage audiences via social media and optimal SEO practice. Take a metrics-driven approach to optimize content strategy. Assist in the identification of the objectives for digital applications and coordinates the development of content to meet defined objectives.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only US:

Hiring Range:
from $79,000 to $158,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off:
Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits.

For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment.

Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation paid holidays 10.

Paid sick leave:
