Description

At least 15 years of direct experience in the banking / financial sector, out of which at least 5 years should be in a Top / Senior management position.

Experience having lead product launches (including managing product lifecycle, from design to Go-To-Market).
Should possess knowledge of a wide range of Banking / NBFC Lending / Securitization.
Should possess advanced knowledge of corporate & retail lending products viz. factoring, MSME loans, LAP, equipment financing, trade finance, supply chain financing etc.
Experience in IT / digital-based lending platforms is required.
Self-motivated, creative, and flexible.
Preferably below 52 years as on 01/07/2023
Job Profile

To support the MD & CEO in driving significant changes through the Company.

To update the MD & CEO and members, partners, and stakeholders on the status of delivery of corporate and strategic plans.

To Manage business development and operations of the Company.
To improve the processes and risk frameworks of the Company.
To ensure compliance with statutory compliances/regulations.
To build cohesive, high-performing teams by utilizing strong analytical, interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills.
To imbibe management commitment to long-term development.
To coach and mentor the business teams.
To delegate effectively amongst teams.
To monitor performance by tracking progress and ensuring delivery of plans.
