Nous recherchons un architecte d'entreprise

« perturbateur »

et stratégique pour se joindre à notre équipe Vous ferez partie d'un bel environnement informatique, où le changement et le respect font partie intégrante de notre culture. L'architecte d'entreprise est un poste clé pour diriger l'intégreration et de l'optimiser les applications non-SAP pour une efficacité maximale.
Activités principales

Produire des artéfacts d'architecture d'entreprise

par capacité opérationnelle, à la fois horizontaux et fonctionnels (ex. fabrication, finance...), et verticaux et interfonctionnels (ex. données et BI, intégration...). Par exemple :

cibles et feuilles de route architecturales

− la succession stratégiquement définie d'états transitionnels menant à l'état final désiré (cible architecturale). Cela comprend les considérations sur la gestion du portefeuille en ce qui a trait aux coûts, aux compétences, aux risques et aux facteurs de réussite connexes;
création de solutions conceptuelles (niveau très élevé)

concordant avec nos cibles et feuilles de route architecturales pour les pré-projets;
travail conjoint avec un ensemble varié de collaborateurs

afin de créer et de gérer ces artéfacts. Par exemple : partenaires commerciaux des technologies de l'information, architectes de solutions, architectes de l'information, architectes d'infrastructure, ressources d'application, spécialistes et gestionnaires commerciaux... Définir les stratégies d'ateliers, diriger les ateliers, l'interface avec les fournisseurs stratégiques (actuels et potentiels) et les groupes de réflexion...

Effectuer des présentations devant les conseils architecturaux

pour obtenir leur consensus.
Participer au développement de pratiques architecturales;

architecture d'entreprise, architecture de solution, architecture de sécurité, architecture d'infrastructure et pratiques d'architecture de l'information.
Présenter des renseignements technologiques

(nouvelles technologies, modèles opérationnels et autres tendances) à la direction. Nous valorisons l'innovation et dans cette optique, l'exploration proactive de la technologie et le partage des résultats inhérents est encouragé
Accompagner les architectes de solutions

dans leur travail (architecture de solutions et services technologiques). Et bien plus, puisque nous croyons que les architectes d'entreprise devraient jouer un rôle central dans le développement des architectes de solutions.
Occasionnellement, endosser les responsabilités d'un

architecte de solutions pour les projets clés.
EXIGENCES DU POSTE :
Scolarité et diplômes
Une connaissance du cadre

TOGAF

est requise, une certification est un atout. Une connaissance d'autres cadres architecturaux constitue également un atout.
Un baccalauréat dans un domaine pertinent (ex. informatique ou gestion des systèmes d'information) est exigé. Maîtrise, un atout.
Connaissances et compétences nécessaires

Plus de 10 ans d'expérience dans le domaine des technologies de l'information, y compris une expérience dans les grandes organisations et avec des projets importants, ce qui inclut un minimum de 5 ans en élaboration de cibles, de feuilles de route
Une expérience en présentation d'artéfacts architecturaux (d'entreprise et de solutions) aux comités d'évaluation.
Une expérience en formation, en accompagnement et en influence de personnel des technologies de l'information.
Une compréhension totale des processus opérationnels de bout en bout, multifonctionnels et intégrés liés a un ERP, y compris les intégrations dans des systèmes d'entreprise étendus.
Une expérience dans l'influence de partenaires commerciaux dans un contexte d'architecture d'entreprise.
Au moins 5 ans d'expérience dans les secteurs professionnels suivants : fabrication, ventes, marketing, chaîne d'approvisionnement, finances, ressources humaines et/ou BI.

Job Summary

We are seeking a "disruptive" and strategic Enterprise Architect (EA) - to join our team You will be joining a great IT environment, where change and respect are embedded in our culture. The EA is a key position to drive our changing IT Landscape to integrate and optimize non-SAP application for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
Principal Responsibilities

Deliver

Enterprise Architecture artifacts

by business capability, both

horizontal/functional

(ex. Manufacturing, Finance, ...) and

vertical/cross-functional

ones (ex. Data & BI, Integration, ...). For instance:

Architectural targets and roadmaps : The strategically defined succession of transitional states leading to the desired end-state (architectural target)). This includes the associated portfolio management implications in terms of the associated costs, skills, risks and success factors.
Deliver conceptual solutions (very high level)

aligned with architectural targets and roadmaps for pre-projects.
Collaborate with a diverse set of collaborators

to create and manage these artifacts. Ex. IT business partners, solution architects, information architects, infrastructure architects, application resources, business SMEs and Managers, ... Define workshops strategies, lead workshops, interface with strategic suppliers (actual and potential) and think tanks

Present to architectural boards

for their consensus
Assist in developing architectural practices;

enterprise architecture, solution architecture, security architecture, infrastructure architecture and information architecture practices
Present technological briefs

(New technology, operational models and other trends) to management. We value innovation, and in that light, proactive exploration of technology and sharing its fruits is encouraged
Coach solution architects

on their work (solution architectures & technological departments). But this goes further, as we believe enterprise architects should play a pivotal role in the development of solution architects.
Occasionally, assume the responsibilities of a

Solution Architect for key projects.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Education & Certificates
Familiarity with the

TOGAF

framework is required, certification is a plus. Familiarity with other architectural frameworks is also an asset.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (ex. Computer sciences or information system management) required. A Master's degree is an asset.
Technical Skills & Experience
10+ years in the field of IT, including experience in large organizations and projects, including a minimum of 5 years in defining architectural targets
Experience presenting architectural artifacts (enterprise and solution) to review boards
Experience training, coaching, mentoring and influencing IT staff
Expertise in integrating applications and driving landscape transformation.
Fully understand end-to-end, multi-functional, and integrated business processes related to SAP modules, including integrations with extended business systems
Experience in influencing business partners in an enterprise architecture context
5+ years of experience in the following business areas: Manufacturing, Sales, Marketing, Supply chain, Finance, Human Resources and/or BI
