Hose & Rubber Supply is a regional company in the Rocky Mountain West with six store locations over five states.
We strive to identify and satisfy our customers' needs with our extensive hose and fitting knowledge, large hydraulic and industrial hose and fittings inventory, and hydraulic CNC tube bender.
We pride ourselves on problem solving for our wide variety of customers, whether in the oilfield, construction, medical, manufacturing, military, or government.
As IT Manager, you would be responsible for the maintenance and optimizing of Hose & Rubber Supply's hardware and software systems.
The IT Manager will be required to maintain Hose & Rubber's hardware and software, monitor system performance, cybersecurity, troubleshoot and handle tech support, and keep up with trends and how they impact Hose & Rubber Supply.
You would work out of our Salt Lake City, UT corporate location. This is a full-time position with benefits.The IT Manager duties include, but are not limited to:
Evaluate, implement, maintain, & optimize Hose & Rubber hardware, software, and networks.
Evaluate, implement, maintain, & optimize Hose & Rubber's cybersecurity
Keep up with trends and how they impact Hose & Rubber
Basic Requirements
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to interactive effectively with people and manage resources
Advanced computer, networking, and IT skills
Basic knowledge of finance and business
Level of Education and Work Experience Preferred
Bachelor's degree in information systems or business
Relevant experience in IT management
Familiarity with current enterprise equipment and technologies
SQL and database experience
Salary and Profit Sharing:
$78,000 - $148,000+ per year (base salary of $78,000 to $118,000 plus quarterly profit sharing)
Schedule: 45+ hours a week; Monday to Friday with occasional weekends and after hours
