We are currently looking for a
Head of Local Transport (m/f/d) in
Menden to join us as soon as possible.

In this responsible role, you will lead our team of 10 employees in local transport and ensure the proper handling of business processes.

Your responsibilities will include:

You will take on team leadership You will actively organize and lead the local transport team and be responsible for personnel planning. In addition, your tasks will include qualifying, developing, and managing employees.
You will make strategic decisions You will select and contract with subcontractors and oversee local transport operations. You will support management in planning and implementation and serve as a point of contact for all local transport matters.
You see opportunities in change You will make adjustments to the local transport fleet and routes and implement (de)centralized projects.
